Hello .. I bought FFXIV a realm reborn Collector's Edition for PS4 some time ago for a month but did not get a way to pay off for another months, so I bought another copy but nothing Changed at all i cannot play
by the way i didn't buy the disk i bought it from PS4 store

The New Player forum isn't going to be able to help you; you're going to need to get in direct contact with Player Support and explain the situation to them, because they'll have to do some adjustments on their end.

I dont think you can input a new registration code for more gametime. If you want to buy more gametime, you hsve to go to the mogstation, the link is in the ffxiv official page, in there you can buy gametime via different methods. hope this helps a bit.

You can use a prepaid visa card frim cvs or target or 7-11, etc. To pay for ur sub. Plrase do use the crysta nethod. For sone reason it doesn't take most credit cards. So buy crysta 1st then use the crysta you buaght to pay for your sub.

Sadly, getting ffxiv gamecard are a pain from what I have read aroud. Im lucky enough not to have that problem. But like some others have said here, you can try your hand with those Visa/MasterCard prepaid CreditCards. I personally havent tried that though.

I believe you can buy the prepaid cards from Gamestop online. Not sure if certain cards can only be used in certain countries or not but best of luck to you.

As a slight aside, actually, you 'can' - if you are adding the license to use a new system (eg I paid for my second month of XIV by buying the PC version of the game, and recieved the free month with purchase from that; but it only worked because I was first playing on PS3. I can't at this point buy another copy of the game on PC or PS3 and get the time again)
