Everything in this game apparently needs to be divided into 5 tiers and involve crafters (and/or gatherers) in some way. It's been that way ever since Dark Matter, materia, etc. were all introduced in 1.0. :(

That's really dissapointing, why must everything have to be so complicated with this game? It's things like this that makes me wonder why they even bother. I was hoping to go back and put my summoner AF dyed in white but it's not worth it if it's going to cost me a leg and arm just to dye the gear.

Well guess I won't be using these for glamour.. I probably can't make the stuff needed if it requires a crafting profession even though i have all of them to 50.. XD can't craft 2 star items without over melding my gear..

I'm also disappointed with this, it's almost as if they brainstorm about how to make a simple feature that will please many people so annoying to obtain.

I am fine by this because AF armor is traditionally ONE color, and they gave in to the people crying for more colors. You just gotta play the game to do it.

Its not a big deal its just freaking color, just glamour something else if you hate the original color of AF armor that past FF games give their classes.

I just with se could dye more than AF gear. I like the ilvl80 drops from the new dungeons for my WHM but that green is hideous.
