It's like everyone has already said. New dungeons will have 45 or more. Plus they increased the Expert roulette bonus from 25 to 35. You're going to get more tomes doing the same thing (not the same dungeons, mind, but who wants to do the same dungeons over and over and over anyway?). That's why nobody is complaining.
