not true.
Make the following macro
/echo executing macro test
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/wait 1.5
/echo end of cycle, 19.5 seconds should have now passed.
then time it. Trust me you will actually get either 13 seconds (if the .5 doesn't get counted) or the total will be rounded up, resulting in 26 seconds instead. This is an easy test that anyone can do to verify that the Wait Command actually does round up anything with a decimal in it.
Hi,
As far as I remember (not at home now so not entirely sure) you do not have to put /wait between /ac line and /p text command at all to send a notification to your party members. This was you send text in party chat as soon as you use the skill, thus avoiding delay and possible double usage of silence skill.
