The problem is that no matter what new stuff is added they already have the house prices set. Sure that gil was hard to get back then but now it's a joke. Taking small houses as an example you can't really expect a single room to cost 50% or more of that total.

Your argument is moot as it takes no time at all to hit 50 in this game. Also if you FC is worth a damn then 300k is nothing to the higher ups and they could just buy rooms for anyone that would use them...

I'll give them some HQ gear. Tell them "SB these and sell the material, the Alexendrite grinders will give you money for the material". They get 10-20k from a lucky SB. They can do this for at least two dungeon runs which also drops gil and gives more gil if rouletted.
Also completing the main storyline roughly gives your around 200k I believe.


And for that lazy guy that seems to suck air.... well can't remedy that. If he wants to play something else while waiting for a que, not ganna bother handing stuff to him if he only wants to play one class only.

You can make 300k from selling one level IV material of the right type on our server depending on the day of the week. Gil is stupidly easy to come by now...

One day MAX of time spent.

You don't even have to be or know a crafter or hell even have ANY class @ 50 to do this.

Gil's pretty easy to come by at 50 in small chunks. If you're a new up and comer fresh to 50 you shouldn't really worry either - saving all your allagan coins and levelling frugally would have netted you around 300k by itself at 2.0. With all the gil fountains now with daily roulettes, treasure maps, challenge logs, GC vendors, you should have zero problem coming up with 300k.

What I find interesting is you can't leave till you get rid of your room.
Does this also mean you also can't boot someone too?

I can afford this myself with another 3-4 weeks of just doing DF and junk.

I want something not attached to FC housing. I'm not paying Gil for something and have it taken from me if I leave, get booted or the FC breaks down.

Edit: I'd be happy if they made apartments, I don't even need a house.
