And really, it's in the 30's if you count off-GCD, which you should, because there is a best way to use them.

Well I think on single target its smn>mnk>drg=brd burst drg=brd>blm and aoe blm>>>>> all.or SOMEWHERE close to that.PvP wise top tier atm at arena smn/war/mayyyybe brd.

It's not. Player's ability to adopt in certain mechanics can only do so much on a certain class.

He means to say, BLM are terribad right now and even the best BLM players barely keep up with other classes.

SMN windup is literally only about 10 seconds, and then we pop a fester off GCD and now our potency output is the same as any other class single target
