Congratulations. As of Feb. 13 (last time I checked May 5 came after Feb. 13) Legacy housing is just as inexpensive as the most expensive non-legacy housing. My FC on Diabolos (read:non-legacy) somehow managed to buy a Large plot for 62.5m. Oh wait, I guess that's just because we're douchebags, right?

Hate to break it to you, but there is money to be found, even if you have to (suprise) work for it. Last time I checked the mythology craft mats were worth a pretty penny.
