Widescan, does it belong in FFXIV ?

Sure, why not? Widescan was nice, though a bit clunky in its implementation in XI. If they can improve upon it and put it in game, I'd say it would be a good addition.

Nothing was worse than scanning for Sand Worm and Dark Ixion. Then again, camping HNM's sucked anyways.

might as wish for blink tanking as well if one classes wanting their advantages >.>

why dont they give everyone widescan.... so i dont have to lvl arc/rng... because that would be terrible.. the game should be as easy as possible for people who only have 1 hour to play a day.

Yea people seem to think that they need everything handed to them in this game. MMOs are supposed to be hard, I dunno how any of you guys would have survived in FFXI for very long, having to level rng to get widescan, leveling whm to get teles.. It's getting too easy in FFXIV.
