Make it so new players can receive tells and respond to them, but not send tells until they reach a specific level.

What about the legit people that are having people hack their accounts? Do they get banned because there dumb enough to have a password like password or 12345678

My understanding is that the vast majority of people whose accounts get "hacked" are a result of responding to RMT tells or going to the websites in the first place.

If that's the case I have no problem with banning them as well. Of course, if I'm wrong about that it would be a different story...

They say there banning them, but there not. I filled up my blacklist finally a couple days ago. It tells you on there if someone you've blacklisted was (DELETED) and only 3-4 names of 200 were. Now, I'm on Diabolos so Its taken me awhile to blacklist 200 names, but in 3 months only 3-4 people were banned? Common SE get it together.

Banned accounts aren't deleted. If it says deleted it means the person who account it was did it. They do need to give some clarification of which accounts are banned though. Maybe make their names red or something.

Stop the RMT is imposible but Slow down them is posible.

1.- The Accounts with less 30 Days. Will have a Lockout of 7 days in the creation of New characters.

All new accounts will receive x3 Fantasias. So the new players can Try diferent chars and the Lockout will not affect them.

2.- The accounts with less 60 days will have a lockout of 4 days in the creation of New characters.

3.- I agree. If you blacklist a player. The entire account will be blacklisted. Sorry but this is Necessary.

Every time RMT wish create a New Bot, they will have buy a New account. $29 dolars = 1 bot will be the Price.

4.- The "Search Player function" will be exclusive of Lv 50 characters with 1 Craft lv 50 and obviously with the story line completed. If they Cant use "Search". They will have several problems for spam tells.

Yep the New bot will be created, but they will need Clean all the story line for have access to the search function.

5.- Only Characters with the Storyline completed and lv 50 can use /Shout commands. Sorry but if the RMT dont have access to /tell the RMT will try use "Shout" again... So this will slow them even more.

I repeat is impossible stop RMT but using some methods will reduce the Tell Spams. If we receive atm 5 - 10 different tells per day. We will receive 1 tell Per day then 1 tell per week etc.
