Actually only adults would even likely get that reference. Most of the younger generation..apparently yourself included, wouldn't have watched Happy Days enough to know the term at all.

I watched Happy Days in my own younger years (Mid/late 80's), but I did not know that reference either.
(Even though I do remember that episode.) :)
