The name of the move used when he was behind the goblin was Blindside.
Oh yes, blindside wasn't what I was questioning. It was the fact the Gob didn't follow him allowing him that much time to use blindside. Also, it seems like they raised the window of opportunity to use jarring strike and haymaker since he used both with a lot of time in between the evade activation.
Something is different there but I'm not quite sure what it is :)
Cool video.
Nice WS.
Cool music.
Suppose we can't really say much until we've played under auto attack mechanics
How was the auto-attack initiated? Will we be able to pick which attack is automated or will the standard first attack for each class be its auto?
Being able to switch between active and passive on the move is nice though. Sucks that they have to delay it.
Here's to hoping it actually IS a juicy patch.
Also poor gobbies always getting the pointy end of the stick...
Seems like you'll toggle one of your basic attacks as your auto.
Things I noticed in this video.
* Passive to Active Attack Mode is smooth now... but the animation is not there yet which they said will be implemented
* New redone weapon skill animations
* Auto-Attack is slower but does significantly more damage.
* New redone weapon skills
That's all I can tell from the video. Looks good though from what I've seen so far and i'm actually glad they are pushing the patch back one month basically to make sure it's all mint.
I have a question about the lancer skill at the end, was that Chaos thrust or maybe something new? It was very pretty.
Over all I'm happy about this battle video, knowing TP remains is all Myself and my friends were concerned about. I'm curious about how they'll treat skills that rely on stamina like Tranquility or Second wind.
Perhaps! Though certain skills or spells also had stamina costs, I don't pay attention to it when I'm playing Conjurer, but if Cure's recast was set any higher things might get silly. NOT TO SAY I'M AGAINST IT~. Just saying, it's kind of exciting to main heal a party while weakened.
However some moves like Lancer's speed surge that raises amount of stamina regenerated, what would it do instead? Increase attack speed ala haste, or just remove the regeneration entirely?
