Rarely-spawning FATEs to unlock new content

This is not a bug, this is intended on their part because their servers are junk, the fact that they are taking two days until a fix confirms this.
Why do other FATEs still respawn on average 30min~1h timers and oh surprise, only CT and Hildibrand FATEs take at least 90min+ to respawn ?

Sorry, I didn't realize armchair developers knew what they were talking about from anecdotal evidence.

CT requires FATE to enter? Guess I won't ever be doing CT... I'd like to say it's a loss, but after looking at the stats on the gear drops... I really don't think it is.
