Just get hero's bracelet (16 acc), AF2 head, AF2 body, Hero's earring, +1 bow, hero's earring (and I think allagan ring too was necessary for this build? would have to double check) and eat HQ deviled eggs.

That will put you on like... 483 acc. Might not need allagan ring to hit that number, I don't recall.

blood for blood and internal release nerf effects other classes as well.

I would really disagree here, and it really doesn't make much sense considering the new Hawk's Eye is pretty much going to give all of our skills used during the buff 100% accuracy.

200 TP is an insane amount of TP to invest into a 10% evasion down.

Good bards will still be on par with good black mages.
Bad bards will now suck as bad black mages.

Before 2.1 (well, now) good bards could solo titan's heart (unlike any other dps class, even melee).

Bard deserved a nerf, deal with it. It's on par with the other ranged classes now.

To be honest as a tank i didn't like RoD change. It was a pretty useful debuff.
Also 200TP for accuracy down is just useless.

Isn't bard still able to move and atk at the same time? Isn't that where the bulk of their dps coming from? Bard is still useful for silencing and songs. That hasn't changed. Bards will still be in demand like before.

Seriously you made a thread to complain about pointless changes that hardly affect us

- Rain of Death now gives -10% enemy eva instead of -10% enemy attack (with 100% acc isn't that useless?).
Was only ever really used as a free tp attack with proc anyway -damage wasn't ever needed

- Shadowbind recast increased from 12 to 40 (was this even necessary?)
Seriously shadowbind does no damage and most mobs (all bosses) are resistant

- Hawk's Eye now has 100% acc (don't we already have that pretty much?)
Technically its a buff therefore not a nerf >.>

- Blood for blood reduced to 10% in cross-job.
Sucks a bit but 10% less for 20seconds isnt really that much of an issue

- Internal release reduced from 20% to 10% in cross job.
Considering the insane crit we get anyway 10% reduction again isnt going to make much difference

overall the changes make almost no impact on our dd capability and no nerfs to songs mean their use isnt going to change.

BLM has higher base damage. If both the bard and blm are equally geared and equally skilled the blm will always outparse the brd. Specially considering brd will be giving him extra damage with foe requiem. We are talking about a 30k dmg difference at the very least (before 2.1).

You don't even have an offensive limit break as bard to finish the heart, its impossible to solo the heart as bard with no other person attacking it.

It isn't on par. And we aren't quite complaining about the B4B and IR nerfs. They want to nerf our DPS? I can take it.
But to nerf RoD? That's one of bard's biggest utility skill.

Wow. RoD was bard's most useful utility skill. There isn't boss in coil for which it isn't super good to keep up.

As a healer I always appreciated if a brd would make use of this ability and as brd I made a habit of keeping it up. :/

They just made turn 4 and 5 a lot harder by nerfing rain of death. Thanks for all the cry to nerf bard people... you reap what you sow.
