Yes, because of that i say is a freaking chinese site, their FFXIV are completely separated from ours. So for me news wise from them is only for them not for us.

"Their" FFXIV doesn't exist yet (it hasn't been launched, and has no set release or even beta date). At the moment that site is dedicated to the international version of the game.
Again, not saying it's true, but I wouldn't dismiss it just because of the nationality of the site.
If they were so disreputable, they wouldn't have gotten an interview with Yoshida. I know quite a few well sized western sites that still didn't pull that off.
(also it's 8/18/2011)
also an auspicious date (8 = similar in sound as "profitable" in chinese)
I could see them trying to shoot for the 1 year anniversary (end of September). I wouldn't be surprised if that was an in-house unofficial goal. But anything sooner than that just isn't enough time. Hell, I'm not sure I'm convinced September is enough.
But I think the real test of whether or not we're on track is how the public receives the next couple months worth of updates to the battle and armoury systems and the introduction of instanced dungeons.
I personally think this is a completely unfounded rumor.
Unless the development pace picks up exponentially, that's way too soon.
