They need to work on this big time. The amount of cross class skills you can use on your main jobs is pathetic, and oftentimes you have a hard time figuring out what to use, because what there is, is often crap.

I agree they should allow more cross class skills, they can always reduce their potency or increase cooldown to balance things out.

I would just be happier if they didnt cut the slots of the cross class abilities in half when you get the job at lv30, the class has 6 at lv30 and the job 3 so the class gets 8 at lv50 and the job 5. I do understand the job is more powerful for its specialization but still, those 3 slots would be so much more handy
