Leveling a White Mage and totally clueless.

Done Brayflox once as Whitemage. Used 2 mana pots on the last fight. And got as advice not to overuse Esuna. Only use it once a player has 3 stacks of poison on him. And it worked :) None died, and done final boss on first try :)

I've kept Regen running on the tank all the time. And tried to use Cure 1 as much as possible. Only used Cure 2 with Free Cure procs, or when the tank took a lot of damage at once.

Maybe Im missing something here ? AFAIK Regen is 35 and Brayflox is level sync'ed to 34, so how ... ?

yeah I did it at 35 was synced down to 34 couldnt use regen :(

1. I read that I should just throw every attribute point into Mind, but was told today that I am bad and should be throwing 1 into piety and Vit for every 5 Mind... Is this true? Have not seen anything that regards this situation.
I would suggest all into MND because of one key aspect of WHM. Your job is to be the burst/tank healer in a group in late game. You want your healing potency to be at its peak. Determination and MND allow you to do this as well has a weapon with decent damage since that factors into the equation as well. PIE doesn't matter as much since you should be using shroud for refresh as well as aggro management. Vit doesn't help nearly as much as you'd think it would since what little bonus you get isnt enough to really mitigate anything. You should be trying to avoid as much damage as possible.

2. I just got into the dungeon Brayflox's, and christ what a change from the previous dungeon healing wise. I was dispelling and even so I just kept going oom towards the end of the fight. I was spamming cure II but I could not really keep up with throwing out cure 1. I must be healing wrong or something :( Use esuna after a person gets 2/3 stacks of poison. Keep shroud on CD for mana and hate mitigation and keep your cure cycles going trying for freecure proc as often as possible. You can also toss stoneskin on tank for a breather if needed.

3. Is regen just something I always keep up on the tank and don't throw out on dps? Regen is manditory on some dungeons and a party killer in others. Regen is a high emnity producing skill. Medica II in late game adds a regen as well so you can generat a lot of hate as a WHM. Use regen as a suppliment to heals if its needed or as a replacement if the need isn't so dire but don't use it constantly or your tank will come to hate you unless hes well geared. Also cycle targets to make sure where your emnity is and keep at least 2 people higher than you on hate at all times.

The problem is your accessories. One has no mind and others are too low level to be helping you much. More mind means stronger cures so you will use less mana and be able to keep the party up using cure 1. Get accessories that have MND. If you're still having mana issues get some materia and add it to your accessories. A full mind build is the best use of your attribute bonus points. The others can be brought up with gear or materia.

does it means if I got new weapon that has damage +3 compared my old weapon, my healing potency goes up as if I throw 24 attribute points...? woaaa...

It's not quite that good. I think it's more like +3 magic damage on weapon is like +15 to +18 Mind. Yeah, it's still crazy. All DPS and healing classes get super-crazy-good benefit from upgrading their weapon constantly.
