Background music in Coerthas

I love the castlevania-like music. But I honestly miss the 1.0 track. I sometimes mute the ingame bgm and play the 1.0 track instead. It's very fitting when there's a snowstorm. Ironically, both old and new tracks had a sad vibe to it.

It's a nice tune.... that makes my brain explode in screams if I have to listen to it for too long. Whenever I'm in Coerthas for a longer time I end up turning all music (and sfx) off and put up one of my random playlists >.>

While I see how the theme fits the area, the fact that I have to listen to it over and over again is excruciating. After spending a day in Coerthas I permanently muted the BGM of the game and now listen to my own music, which includes a lot of game music that includes FFXIV/ARR (-Coerthas lol).

I love it. I'll stop what I'm doing and listen to it when it comes on.

I absolutely love the coerthas theme music. It makes me want to run and fight something in the snow. To me it sets the tone of something serious is happening like your watching a crime drama or a creepy thriller. It's one of my favorite songs in the game next to Garuda's theme song and the theme song for praetorium

I love the Coerthas music. Not only does it fit the theme due to what happened to it from Bahamut, but you have to remember, Coerthas is just outside of Ishgard, and is inhabited by the knights of Ishgard themselves. They're in a constant war with the Dragons. (Which could be the reason for the lack of a Dragoon warrior of light, I'd assume)

If you pay attention to the quest dialogue when going through Coerthas, you'd notice what they're going through isn't anything near happy. There's death everywhere, fear of the Dravonian, and the dragons attacking at any moment. It's a constant battle for them, and the weather is only working against them.

Not to mention, the theme fits the whole Dragon/Dragoon style in a very well, unique way.

And lets us not forget the Holy See, Hydaelyn's answer to the Catholic Church, complete with witch-tossing Inquisition!

the coerthas and mor dhona BGM are the only tracks in this game i really really don't like for some reason :/

Of all the areas to be turned into a wasteland...why the good one?
