using world transfer for a name change

True, when I moved to change my name, I went to a place with that name already on it, prompting a change. When I came back to my real server, there was no one with the new name so I did not have the option to change.

you make a character with the same name if it's not already taken, forcing a name change on the other server

its true thats why u first make a char on the server your xfering to with the name u currently have so that way when u transfer u can get a name change
