Stuck at "Now Loading" Black Screen after Character Selection

Well i moved the folder to my desktop temporarily on the Checking version phase of the start up it says

"11000 Version update failed.(2:40020,40030)"

and proceeds to close

Did you run the configuration program before starting the game?
