Teleporting/Botting Has taken over this game.

Teleport hack is a honeypot. SE gonna track these guys back to the source and whack everyone at once!

It is definitely ruining the game or the way it was meant to be played. I decided long ago I would never level up a gathering class cause I saw the bots, and knew they would do little to nothing about it. I just let the botters in the game out there gather for me while I will just buy the cheap prices they cause on the MB instead of take the time to gather myself.

The game really needs to do something about the Hack/Bots of this world soon. every couple months for a massive ban hammer just wont' cut it, if that is what happens anyway.

You're right, it will take months if SE isn't proactive about things. The whole community should be spamming these boards with this topic, people like you and others who brush it off "give it timers" Aren't helping the cause to better the game. Open your eyes, There is plenty of quick fixes if SE would just do it.

You just want what you want and you want it now huh? Look I know there are some things they can do to make it less obvious that there are gil sellers and botters out there but there are no quick fixes. So you open your eyes and understand that things take time. They have to worry more about the servers right now than the bots. They've got a ton on their plate and might not be able to implement the things you want when you want them. Don't act like you know how fast the work can be done unless you do the work yourself. No point in arguing but if your going to further it's out of our hands, even if we had multiple threads 100 pages long. They know it's a problem.

I reported Bots on Odin server 3 weeks ago when they was level 6 they are still there after reporting the very same bots 6 time's and now they are level 35.

God only knows how many shards they have farmed and sold.
SE do not seem to be doing anything about them not on Odin server anyway.

Makes you wonder if they have shares in the damn things.

Apparently it isn't enough because SE is ignoring the issue.

New twist: botters are mass producing new characters and teleport-questing the newbie quests.

Proof: happening right now in Pandaemonium Ul'dah. I noticed them in the Gladiator guild and I've been standing here for 20 minutes, they just teleport in one by one, hand in the quest and teleport out. Endless stream of the same character model with randomized names.

Also I'm recording this right now, but I don't know how to encode this so dunno when or in what way I should make this video available. If you want a quick glimpse of this, come create a new character at Pandaemonium and visit the Ul'dah gladiator guild.

I will edit this post when I leave/when they stop.

EDIT: I have 30 minutes of footage, ending my watch now.
