i must be blind, because to me it seemed just like one single high jump, and that was the npc with the knieves.

high jumps are like totally normal in cutscenes or automatic jumps for FF.
apperantly you got high jumps in form of abilities aswell in FFXI/FFXIV.

That would be fun on console after a few beers and bongs, could get old after an hour.

Another gifthorse thread, so lets put the appropriate response: Today I rode a dinosaur to work, it smelled purple.

So this is how blade and soul gameplay looks like? Meh. I expected real action combat but that's just the old key pressing with no combos or anything, from what i could see.
And the endless jumps they have are horrendous. "Dragon ball" fits it pretty much.

there are combos in those videos and anyway, those players are like lvl 5.

correction, this is why FFXIV does NOT need jumping............
