I have a legacy account, no preorder codes or anything should be necessary according to what I have read. I went ahead and submitted an email to the support center so hopefully i will hear back from them soon

i deleted my old client and reinstalled and dind't have this issue, i think it is the intial reregisteration that does it
The digital ps3 preorder through the sony store has the code inside the account, so ther's no code the redeem, this is clearly an issue and it's posted on the information forum

If you buy/preorder the game from PSN u don't need a code since it's bundled with EA
I've got the same issue but on my PC ...
