And those tanks likely got blocked so that the other people in the group wouldn't get grouped with them again. In a game with this many people playing, you are going to run into some bad ones. There is no getting around that.

Ahahahahaha
Yes, yes they can. I've not only done dungeons with 1 tank and 3 DPS, I've solo several of the bosses in EW on Warrior, Gunbreaker and Paladin. Heck, friends and I ran without a healer for early Viper and Picto leveling. I'll go one better though. In Aetherfont during the last boss, I intentionally collected 8 vuln stacks then stood in three intersecting aoe. That only dealt 100k which wasn't even enough to proc Holmgang. In other words, that boss does so little damage it's impossible to kill a Warrior. What healing do I need when I'm literally invincible?
That isn't how the blacklist works. It simply mutes and makes them invisible on your screen. They can't join your premade PFs but you can still be paired together in DF.
1) you can’t block someone from joining content, you can only silence them in content
2) blocking someone from not playing a role correctly isn’t remotely comparable to actually completely changing the role to make these sort of failings impossible
It’s almost like the role that got it worst complains the loudest, shocking isn’t it, it’s also not like the tanks and DPS are quiet they just still have a baseline of fun that precludes the complaints the healers have
okay firstly. i believe this ZERO. You almost certainly got it the first try on that dng
because 1 of the dooms is cleansed by healing and bard is a 1/21 chance to be in your roulette anyway. not to mention they can only esuna 1 person at time

the strike doesn't actually exist, it's like 10 people on the forums stirring the pot
Then give me something to actually heal. Healing requirements are so low in this game unless you have a party full of clowns. But why does a role need to hope they get an incompetent party in order to feel engaged? I feel like there is something wrong there. I frequently queue into 24-man HOPING for some meme party so that I can actually be a healer and not a gimped DPS. There’s a lot of downtime in this game unless you have a very questionable party. And even then, a single competent healer can save an alliance. There’s little need for two.
Healers asked in the past for more reasons to use their bloated healing kits. We weren’t given that. Hence why now they are asking for more engagement for what they ARE doing: dealing damage.
I love how you just ignored most of the thing I said then proceeded to decide my stand on the matter and that I was complaining about something even too it my first time posting in this thread. Also no... I also play since ARR too. The only ''hard dungeon'' we had we're a bunch of post msq dungeon in ARR that often got nerfed a patch of two later after their inclusion due to being overtuned. When you hear people talk about the game being hard back then, it was about optional endgame raid content. I don't say that current day ''hard'' dungeon are difficult, but that if you do them at minimum Ilevel you acctualy need to pay attention and can't just watch something on the side like the vast majority of normal difficulty content in the game. The reason player left back in the days was because of lack of content and replayability. Best way I can describe it is that due to the lack of roulettes and that unlike other popular mmo that class locked you, You had no reason to make a new char or just go do old content. I remember waiting 3 hours just to get in the level 15 ifrit fight. Also while everyone can't be happy the world aint all in white and black and two dimentional. There can be a middle ground.
