Since it' most likely going to take place in ala mhigo I'd almost rather see "berserker" (as in the Scottish Highlanders, I loved the kilt armor) as a tank since it would fit nicer lore-wise, but I think since SAM was already being developed that's what it will be.
I like the idea of BLU having multiple soul stones, but I think the devs hated that about arcanist.
Ultimately I'd rather see more tanks and healers. It'd be nice to have some easier queue times for DPS players.
RDM is my favorite class ever but my hopes aren't high for it, at least in this expansion. -

Samurai: What would be really cool and interesting is if it were a Gunblade Samurai, but if not still awesome choice for a sword wielding DPS at long last.
Blue Mage: Everyone goes pessimist "all they'll get is job quests where we learn monster skills" but as a tank, Blue Mage could be vengeance based and turn boss and trash skills against them easily. It'd also be a great shift from our sword based tanks. (Slash based is more accurate I suppose)
Red Mage: If it's anything like what we saw at the end of 3.4, I'd love it. Tank, healer, dps, it seems it could be any role. -
