To add on to this. You'd have to change your hotbar, too, as once a skill you had on the previous cross-role selection is replaced it'll serve no purpose being on your current hotbar - meaning you'd then have to either toggle to a different saved hotbar or manually replace a skill(s) every time.
So, a whole bunch of swapping around things; perhaps even numerous times in an instance if you wish to be optimal for each encounter and boss. People are already impatient and quick to rile up... this will only give them another reason; also I can't say I'll be too pleased with having to wait for a guy to do this and that, nor doing it myself. Whole bunch of unwanted and unnecessary tedium.
Exactly if Im tankin which is mostly how I do dungeons etc, I am waiting on protect then im off to pull mobs and what about those instances where ur waiting on protect where as every healer had it pretty much for every dungeon. Now a healer may have to explain why they dont have protect now , like this system to me is pretty much the most mad Ive been at the devs sense Ive been playing the game. It was uncalled for all they had to do was not make it mandatory for people to level jobs they didnt want for cross skills now we have a trash system that takes alot of damage from jobs and alot of mitigation as well.
nobody wants to wait for someone to rearrange their stuff if anything thats the first sign of a bad dungeon run and is very annoying when someone as soon as they enter the instance says hold on a second. People dont even wana wait for new players to which like 3 mins of cut scenes u think they gona wana wait on this stuff. Not you of course but the people in this thread surely must of had some of the most pleasant instances with some of the most patient people in gaming that def hasnt been my experience
