Mudra's seem sluggish?

Not unless they uncouple the Mudra CD from the Ninjutsu CD As it stands, if Ninjutsu is on cool down, so are the Mudra.

Unless I'm missing something. What people are suggesting is for the exact system we have in place with weaving. Which would suggest mudras remain .5s GCDs meaning they are never on CD.

But you can't start weaving until the Ninjutsu CD is up, is what I'm saying. Because when you use any Ninjutsu ability, all three mudras go on CD too. So even with weaving, you'd still have to weave 3/3/2 within 10 seconds.

Oh yea. Then they would have to uncouple mudra cds from ninjutsu cds.
