No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Re

I re downloaded but didn't work for me. It re updated from 6/22 or w/e and patched to 8/22 but then same. Praying for that magic message today.

I DID sit on hold a few minutes to get to PSN customer support. spoke to Rhonda, who informed me that she COULD do a refund HOWEVER takes 5 days to process. So that's out the window. She said since there has been notices put out about them fixing the problem, they should def. have it fixed by E.A start time.

AND she said that IF it is not fixed, PSN is prepared to hand out refunds to everyone that asks for em.... that tells me they will fix the problem LOL.

If it worked for them, it is a case by case situation. I redownloaded the client from the PSN store (which was cool because I also found the preorder theme that downloaded with it), reinstalled, reupdated, and to no avail it is still broken. It looks like it has more to do with linking accounts between PSN and SE than the client itself.

I also preordered on PSN last Aug 15. And today I am getting the "No valid or active...blahblahblah"

I downloaded the client before the open beta using my PSN pre order. I couldn't log in into the open beta because i didnt have my open beta code yet. But when I did get my open beta code, i was able to log in. That was on Aug 16.

Now as we all know, being in open beta doesn't guarantee access to early access and official launch.

It seems to me that my open beta access overrides my preorder. This is because my open beta came at a later date. And since open beta players are not granted/guaranteed early access, all I get is the "no valid blahblahblah"...

Now, i think a few solutions to this are the ff:
1. get a preorder that is dated AFTER the start of open beta test
2. change the date of my preorder as listed on my services list
3. find a way to change the date or delete(?) the open beta service in my services list (assuming that this does not erase/void my open beta characters)

any thoughts?

i hate SE common first 3102 error then 90000 and now i can f..... update because i enter in the beta and i purcharse the game CE on 15th august i hate SE they do not know how to do goood job i wait patiently until today and they dont fix anything they just apologize

I can say it does NOT work this is my 3rd time downloading this again and i still have the same problem I even deleted the system info in hope i can redo anything i did before i don't get it i was in phase 3 and phase 4 no problems now all this

This is not an SE problem, it's a PSN problem. Which is why I think the easiest solution, still, is to refund us the purchase price, tell us to delete the game and all files from our system, and then repurchase from PSN. That would solve everything.

im getting this error, i have legacy status and I also have the game updated on my laptop but I prefer playing on ps3, updated ps3 client but I can not update the game, i'm just wanting to know if I will be able to update the game before early access to log in when it starts or if i will be able to log in at all on ps3 for early access. if not I will play on laptop until then but an eta on when I can update/play on ps3 would be much appreciated. =^.^= thank you
