Yo, if you wanna keep claiming you aren't a troll, maybe stop antagonizing the passionate folks who want their fun back?

If you're really so content with the changes and feel they're ok, that's entirely valid, but like... dude, you can leave the threads alone.

Whether you're sincerely not getting the issue or are intentionally doing this for lulz, it's beyond rude and this behavior would be unacceptable in any social circumstance.

I mean I don’t agree with Kaiten removal but asking people who are satisfied with the changes to stay off the forums complaining about its removal just creates an echo chamber where everyone believes everyone else thinks the Kaiten removal was a horrible decision

He is a bit rude in his tone but he is just as justified in wanting to defend the change as you are for hating it

Dude doesnt play game and just trolls on forums yet he brings same value as people who hate 6.1 sam

Strange but w/e, mods dont exist in english forums might aswell try to report him to japanese moderator

Also idk if this is another troll - people hate sam changes and who still not switched to another class are either lucky to get into dsr or have a static to not care that much about trash that we got.

No he “doesn’t bring the same value” but he is entitled to his opinion, if you want an echo chamber where everyone circlejerks about how much we all hate the Kaiten changes then the OF’s are not the place to do it

He's welcome to have an opinion and defend his thoughts. The problem is he's done none of these things. He purposely creates inflammatory posts for a response. You can check the forums, people have offered their approval of the kaiten change but offered their opinions on it. They will get responses from the people who play the job, but they don't get the same response the troll will. Comes with, you know, not being a dick when putting your thoughts out there. Expecting someone's opinion to "have value" when they're nothing but inflammatory posts isn't necessarily the thing you want to look for. Read his post history and tell me he doesn't come off as a troll.

While I hate the kaiten removal, I can also justify certain things, but aspects would need to be changed to cater to the removal. As I've said in previous posts, I've likened its removal to breaking a machine and trying to piece it together without a critical piece that made it work. The machine we have...Works. That's like the most I can say about it. But does it function the same as it did before? It very obviously doesn't. It can do the job, but it's not the same as doing the job the way it needs to be done. Because of that, I think the skill needs to go back in to get the machine working right again.

The other half is if they want to keep kaiten out, then rework the machine. Break everything down, rebuild it from scratch. They can make a samurai that can function without kaiten and make the experience just as engaging. Do I think that'll happen? Definitely not, they've demonstrated that they're incapable of doing something like that. I'm happy to be proven wrong by them, but I just don't think it'll happen.

Either way, debates on the kaiten removal are fine. But some people do it because they know it'll get a rise out of a community who's vocal about it. Basically, they know they're trolling, and will continue to do it until no one gives them the stage they need to thrive.

I want to read a thread with actual discussions. Not a back and forth of active antagonizing. Having opposing opinions is fine, and I have said as much as often as I can, but the manner of which it is brought forth matters.

If you wanna get extreme here, imagine going to the wrong side of a stadium and cheering for the opposite team.... there's another place to do that than where folks are there to root for their side.

Or if you wanna go on the morbid side of things, imagine if some random person came to a funeral of someone close to you and decides to spit on said person's grace just to say good riddance.

Is that also an acceptable opinion to make?

Thata basically what every thread I've gone through has devolved to at some point. People make valid points of contention against the issue, then some few come along say "you guys are complaining too much. Just get over it." Or "I like the changes so shut up." And when asked to elaborate why they have nothing to say beyond "now I can play it because it's so simple." Or some other statements that amount to being "I'm too lazy to improve, but I want to do better at the game."

And now we have this stupid nonsense where folks are just whining back and forth while another majority just continues to go "just block them, lol"

I wanted to add, since someone else started a thread about another kind of way samurai could play. We'll just see how long it takes before it devolves into 'lol stop complaining' from the usual suspects. My guess is it wont take long, but who knows, I may be surprised. I personally liked the original poster's ideas, and I still stand by what I said in that thread.

Give it a couple of days when the incompetents have a "live letter" to demonstrate their incompetence, and give fuel to the forum trolls.

On the contrary, the whole lot of you just will not take into account on some others that do differ & approve the changes, moreso, it is no longer stranger than the whole lot of you implement impulsive judgement on anyone that doesn’t align with your stance; often labelling them as Trolls as an ineffective excuse & further shame any individual regardless.

Yes, there has been individuals that did indeed formulated the support for changes on a more concrete, logical & reasonable way…what went wrong? Celes would re-affirm her/his stance in such a way to label that individual as any lesser or simply “does NOT know the job or is Trolling”, and clearly Rensu & Flashy isn’t any different on it likewise.

Why else do I act as I do & though I may be conscious of it, I take it as an entertainment now since civility of discussion was long gone & though from time to time I’ve kept reinforcing my stance it clearly was NOT specific enough or just being dismissed & likely get flamed on. Dare again to link my previous past posts? Look further again…but more clearly…look at other’s, particularly those that aggravated further that are aligned to your ideals; love the hypocrisy no?

I hate to reinforce this to you Afro, the forums are a general social haven to discuss & disagree from all aspects, and ultimately it seems you & others just get easily riled up by a certain opposition.
