They didn't. An issue was fixed, but it wasn't that one.
They do aknowledge the issue and are currently working on it with Sony.
But yes, it took too much time for them to aknowledge the issue. They were very stuborn about this... telling folks it was Hard drive issue and some people on the support are still answering that. Lack of communication inside the compagny?
Yet, it was very easy to check/reproduce... just remove the power cable while Ps4 is on.
