Green is related with life and approval while yellow is associated with caution courage and danger.
Green seems more appropriate.
Otherwise people would probably question why the hell Square decided to go with such a bizarre decision when a century old standard is readily accepted almost universally.

Green has a "confirming" or "acceptance" feel to it, where as yellow has a "caution" or "alert" feel to it. -
