Excellent question. I went to farm A2 last night, and completely forgot to remove the "in-progress", so of course.. I happened to join in progress. Players were arguing over 3 minutes, and trying to cheer the other white mage up, whom had been, according to the chats, been "abused" by the previous healer. (something they said was along the lines of "how did he dare to try to give tips when he had only single job - whm - himself ?")Quote:

My cohealer started immediatly with Med 2 / regen on half the party. And kept doing that for the entire fight, aggroing a LOT of mobs everytime they'd pop, making everyone else's job quite tough. We managed it through. At the end of the fight, ALL players in the party (maybe an FC ?) congratulated the other Whm, saying how great her healing had been.
2 lessons I learnt then :
People can't take an advice without feeling offended. And they prefer to lie about someone else's performance rather than explain things and possiblly create an argument.

So I'm gonna admit I was being a jerk when I did this because I am tired of people of messing up. So I'm doing A4 because working on my relic and spamming it away. And this weekend I was in a bad mood and when I was doing A4 I kept getting more annoyed than usual of people messing up/things going wrong. So I'm doing a few runs last night and of course get to second phase, and look adds are up. What will happen? DPS kill ONE add and the rest are being held by me because they aggrod me. DPS continue on second leg and let me die. I go into full rage mode because this happened all weekend doing A4 and I am just so sick and tired of DPS ignoring adds. It's not even hard ads they melt when confronted with any DPS. I'm a damn WHM I can only take one at a time. And constantly DPS just ignore the adds and it causes numerous wipes. What is so hard about killing those adds? Anyway, I die and I just refuse raise from the second healer, going into the final phase I just ignored all dps and let them die one by one and healed the tank. Somehow we cleared it, but sure as hell wasn't helping. I didn't want to help. I am going on full protest. If DPS are not gonna do their job I'm not gonna do mine. I'll let them all die and they can dps the floor. Just kill the freaking adds!!

Void Ark on AST, my co healer is another AST. We fight Echidna, we kill the snakes, everyone is standing in the middle and I have this sweeeeeeet AOE balance in my hand while the other AST has an AOE Royal Road but no card, so I use that bubble thingie, Aspected Helios, the AOE balance and finally Celestial Opposition. A goddamn awesome combo, which is destroyed three seconds later by the other AST who had nothing better to do than overwriting the balance with an AOE ewer. Just WHY, everyone was at full mana, and... I cry. And prior to this, the other AST always overwrit my cards with... weird stuff.
I dislike, no, I really hate healing with other astrologians o.o' -

Just a couple minutes ago:
Daily roulette, join in progress as WHM, 20 minutes in, get Steps of Faith and don't even wondern bc ppl still bail after one wipe
It was kinda bad - the dps were mostly focused on the adds which were far behind the boss so canons were pretty much useless, Vishap was like 47% before he destroyed the gate and the SMN used the LB.
We start again and I'm really suprised no one left excpet the heal I replaced before. I figured it wont be the most relaxing run but hey, new palyer Bonus of 100 tomes is nice. Things were explained again, a tank and I got on the canons, less ppl died, it went generally much better and we finished without wiping again.
Pretty unspectacular actually untill I saw 6 ppl got the achievement from the clear - so everyone was new except me and the other WHM
I was like oO.
Let's say it explained a lot. Why the team was 'bad' and why we didn't abandon and just tried our best. It was a pleasent surprise. I'm glad the other WHM stayed all the time and it's kinda nice to know we helped 6 ppl get to HW ^_^
New players still know how to pull their shit together :D -
