Winter. I love winter. I love almost everything about winter. Snow? Bring it. We get a LOT. Last year the snow dump where the city puts all the snow they remove from the streets finally melted in September. This year it was 200 feet high in March. We got more snow after that. This is one of the things that does suck, especially since we have to get our walks down to pavement after every snow fall. I love on a corner lot with lots of foot traffic. A lot of really packed down snow. Winter driving? The other thing that sucks. You would think that in a city that everyone jokingly says has two seasons: winter and construction, people would know how to drive on snowy streets. Everyone else looks forward to the summer. They think I'm crazy. They're the crazy ones.

Well perhaps you could steal an already prefabbed screen shot of scholar from the ones the devs have already posted? That removes the wait time on that portion. As for the scenery. Do you want a real world one or in game one? I know lot of us (not me) have taken screenshots of the environment because its so lovely. (again, not me XD)

I can't really think of anything in particular that I "adore" If I had to say I was fascinated by something, it would be the ideology of zombies. Anytime I see a zombie book, or game. I have to interact. Sometimes when I go somewhere. I make a note of the population of the area and escape exits, and make "what ifs?" in my head. "What if while Nii and I are at the movies, the rest of the world turns into zombie chaos? O.O"

I'm soooo still on the fence about the hair though lol. >.< You were right about it being popular and I'm seeing the long hairstyle crop up on a lot of people's screenshots. Makes the decision so hard, but just as I said before I'll probably change it up pretty often once we get the barber feature. Doesn't change the fact that the screenshot glam is still awesome and still gonna be her look at least part of the time. ^^

Almost hate to do this last bit, but would it be much to ask if the last name could be spelled out al'Cyoene? (It's probably just on a text layer, right?) That would make it absolutely perfect. It's how it's supposed to look, but the game's limitations on naming get in the way. Once we get our chance to name change at launch I'll finally be able to get the apostrophe officially into my name, though I probably won't get to have the capitalization where I want it. If you can do that and want to go the extra mile you could even adjust the kerning on the oe to smash it into the combined œ character, but that would be going above and beyond. m(_ _)m

For 3DS: Project Cross Zone & Fire Emblem

Reiji and Xiaomu are probably two of my favourite characters created in those game series (originaly from Namco X Capcom, which I haven't played).

Fire Emblem is high on my list already. Haven't heard of the others though, i'll look them up. :)

They are rather strong on innuendo and fan service, but have some of the best fighting systems out there.

SRTOGSEF is a classical RPG with very ugly/old-school map exploration, reminescent of 8-bit era. The combat system is 4 player + assists and crazy over the top boob jiggling fullscreen animations.

Project Cross Zone plays like a SRPG, and wasted about 0 seconds on exposition or character introduction. Lots of jokes (not as much as SRTOGEF) and mostly, lots and lots of fighting and action. Great game to play in the subway/bus while I go to work.

Really can't think of many games with a line-up this epic. I'd list some of the coolest ones, but then I think I'd just list them all...

Both games have a fighting engine similar to the one in Valkyrie Profile, where you juggle attacks and enemies by pressing buttons at the right moment. Press too soon and you cancel early, losing on damage. Press too late and enemy brings back a "damage shield" that prevents N attacks. Press at just the right time, you get 100% critical rate, etc.

If you love crude jokes, cute anime characters, over the top combat, gundams and the Valkyrie Profile combat engine, those two games are like a bounty chocolate bar; "A taste of paradise" ?

Anyway they'd be great to print out for my kids to colour in! Or I think there's an app that they use that can do it digitally...

I have them all in neat separate layers, with the trace very simple to extract, if you want me to upload a "Colour with Cloe" booklet or something!

So talking over Skype with my FC-mate Rythea, and we've pretty much convinced ourselves to make the Booklet an actual thing.

Nique, I have a request. Over on the Beta forums there's some extremist-feminist rage about how female characters are sitting side-saddle on the new Unicorn mount.

Would it be possible to get a little piece of your divine artwork depicting my male hyur riding a unicorn the same way, triumphantly into battle, to post over there, please?

Actually, i have had enough about the ridiculous discussions they have over in the Beta Forums, bashing the game and each other with every chance they get. It doesn't really matter if they are serious, or not. It's just... Well, for the lack of a better word... Depressing. I don't even visit it anymore, not even to see what the Dev Tracker has to say.

This is basically the only thread i check multiple times on a daily basis, because we're all relaxed and are having fun. That's what really matters to me nowadays. Life's too serious already, so just let us all relax and have fun on the forums. (^_^ )

DS: Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, The World Ends With You, Final Fantasy III, 9 hours 9 Persons 9 Doors, Radiant Historia (the best game on the list IMO)
3DS: SMT IV, SMT: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (the sequel to 999 above).

You're welcome~

Once you've gotten more familiar with it you could even try taking the next step into using the font's kerning, which helps close up some of the awkward gaps between some of the letters within words. How to use it depends on what program it's being used in though, so it's a bit more complicated than just installing it. I think I linked a couple of guides at least for MS Word and Photoshop in my thread for the font though.
