SE botched the launch. Extending time for 7 days and using that to sugar coat that fact is the issue.

Im sorry but honestly. Defending content that is absent from being able to play reasonably without having to adjust sleep schedules or work schedules to enjoy is unacceptable.

7 days compensation isnt being added whether its free or reimbursed. Its not adding 7 additional days that are playable. Quite simple

That's actually the exact situation. People have paid for access to a service, and are being denied that access with the access that was denied being "given for free" well after the fact. They aren't giving you anything "for free", they are getting around to giving you what you already paid for.
