it is speculated that elves and hyurs share the same ancestors due to slightly similar names. Certainly alot more similar to each other than any of the other races -

It's generally accepted now that some of Midgie's babies spread throughout Hydaelyn and birthed their own hordes. Where's the lore? I mean, yeah, it's nice we got to see *spoiler thing in the MSQ* but are we going to have to wait until Heavensward drops before we get to look at Au Ra lore to plan our characters out?
