Wow you are a both a dbag and ignorant of how t2 works. Once you start you can't change gear... Next time I will tell my group to bad we have to wipe so I can go back and change my gear.

I wasn't being ignorant or a dbag. When you start off a post with "I wasn't paying attention to things going on in my raid" and then follow it up with a statement about stats it's worthless. If you weren't paying attention how do you know you didn't hit the boss from the front when it was turning for an attack or in an animation? Did you read the log correctly or have a parser to verify your miss or did the log eat the attack it still actually connect in the parse?
Don't start your post like that. It doesn't support anything you say afterward.
He was clearly only implying that he didn't realize he went in with a lower accuracy set and then realized after the fact.
It's a turn of phrase, not "I was completely spaced out the whole time". He only implied that he paid no attention to the gear he had on, then he gives an exact figure of accuracy.
It's not hard to add up unless you're looking to insult someone.
Kind of off topic but while we are talking about direction and positional requirement. My static doesn't do T5 but I have beaten Twintania a few times with different PUGs, each group positions Twintania differently during Conflag phase. I've done my research and found that Conflags always face cardinal South, It try to position myself to perform rear attacks assuming Conflags are facing south but I don't always get the same results.
It's annoying becuase it gimps my DPS and I'm sure the PUG watches my DPS, which is still good regardless. My highest DPS before Dive-Bombs phase was 377 (before Allagan Weapon). I can't even beat that now with a better weapon and gear because I can't seem to find the rear.
Tell them to stop positioning Twintania bad.
The tanking position for Twintania during conflag phase should match the conflag direction.
What is your reasoning behind stacking Determination to this extent? Depending on your stats, 6 to 8 points of determination will MAYBE add ONE (1) damage to a 150 potency attack. The way itemization then works, that is the equivalent of 11 or 16 critical hit rate or skill speed, which nets way larger gains, upwards of 1% to 2% increase over time compared to a single digit more of damage with not even close to 1% increase compared. There's almost no skill speed, sub-500 crit and above 250 determination?! I don't understand your thinking behind this.
I propose this to maximize DPS throughput, while gaining the needed accuracy through food, so gear can be used in any fight;
Allagan Baghnaks
Melee Circlet
Melee Cyclas
Allagan Gauntlets of Striking
Hero's Belt of Striking
Allagan Trousers of Striking
Melee Boots
Hero's Necklace of Slaying
Allagan Earrings of Striking
Allagan Bracelets of Striking
Allagan Ring of Striking
Vortex Ring of Striking
This gives:
439 accuracy (460 with HQ Stuffed Cabbage)
530 Critical Hit Rate (539 with HQ Stuffed Cabbage)
240 Determination
453 Skill Speed
This allows for roughly 4.5 minutes of continued damage while maintaining ~400 DPS, no Fracture involved. No phases in any fight in this game with sufficient good DPS requires you to non-stop be hitting buttons for anything longer than 4.5 minutes without having to avoid damage. For fights where you have to avoid damage you can keeps this going into infinity as you will get free ticks of 60 TP without using it up.
Determination is the best secondary stat until we hit i120 gear levels or so.
I'd really love to know where you're getting this arbitrary item level and conviction from? Have you tried increasing your det varied amounts and then seeing the difference over 100+ hits opposed what you had before switching it around, while maintaining the same weapon and same attack potency? You will quickly see the difference.
The other thread that I made about damage.
A couple times.Quote:

FWIW you don't need >100 hits unless you get bad luck.
That's the idea ...Quote:
