Developers, Please Address Samurai Kicking

In what way, shape or form did I say go dupes into a parse party though? If anything, that response was a lack of SUPER clarification to me saying "You're a popular job and well desired job. And yes, they're well, you know...Prog. Not Weekly Clears. I even stated that Prog parties are a lot more lenient on the restrictions. But when things are tight, like they were the first few weeks and now even, they weren't exactly friendly. And once more, my complaints is literally tying to Kefka alone. I -have not- been met with these restrictions elsewhere. I cannot speak for the others that may have ran into similar experiences.

No, it really wasn't apparent if that was your point. The only thing that was apparent to any readers was you responding to her saying "Popular jobs have that problem too, when their job is already taken" with "Well you're a popular job" and immediately segueing into a "What would you rather take for a parse run?"

I will. I'll probably have to check next week though since at this point in the week, it's probably gonna lighten up due to the crunch for just wanting to clear for a page.

I mean, this is -my particular- experiences with Samurai kicking/Anti-Samurai. How far it goes, only others can say. This isn't my thread even if I made one a while ago. But yes, I do want them do something about their poor balancing. It is their game after all.

To be honest, I'll admit maybe a bit of bias. Both of my statics have a SAM in them.

And if we're talking balance, SAM could definitely still use help, I won't deny that. I will stand firmly against any punitive measures taken in PF regarding not wanting a specific job to join, ever, for any reason.

Right. I mean, that balance does tie into the "shunning" after all. That coupled with bad players giving the job a bad name. This may not be an accurate measure, but as of yesterday..There's only about 798 Parses for Kefka for Samurai as opposed to the thousands for other jobs.

I'm not saying it's a complete shun as a whole either. Only that it -does- happen. Even right now, there is one clear party for weekly of Kefka that doesn't have SAM locked out. Well, it could have depending on the slot that joined, you wouldn't even know. That falls into one of those X Factor things.

Just wait 3-4 days and see what kinda buff sam is getting the devs already mentioned they are buffing their dps which imo seeing how sam is their poster child for stormblood I can see them overbuffing like 4.1 smn.
