Unfortunately that is how it works. Both EB partners have to pay for the same level package. I personally think it's a little shady, but asking $40 upfront for it would likely scare people away from purchasing the platinum level ceremony.

There's no reason to get platinum really. Gold gets you the mount, which is the best part of eb, as far as items is concerned.

Some girls may want the different wedding dress from plat though, so there's that.

The only thing I can guess is cuz 1) is planning to buy it for is partner ( i dunno why) 2) the other person is asking voltron to buy the it for him/her .

My original intention was to lessen the load on my future EB partner. Now that I realize its going to be 40 total (20 bucks more seeing as I bought one already), ill just wait and hope future hubs can pay for the other 20. Granted, if the other person is awesome, ill pay it. but I would need some convincing. My Vivvien, is hounding me for a partner, I must oblige.

Also, how do I get incontact with people from this thread? just wait and hope I they are logged on at the same time ingame? unless im completely missing it, I don't see PM's anywhere.

Some people put up FB/Skype but since there is no PM method (yet) you have to wait for the perwon in game.
