The time constraint on using these skills is too tight, especially when multidotting and refreshing dots with IJ.
Instant Cast on IJ will reduce the level of clipping, and paired with the extended Straight Shot buff duration will allow for a smoother dot application and makes it possible to dot 4 targets before a refresh making bard less clunky overall. This also allows for a smoother use of RoD for AOE situations while simultaneously refreshing dots with IJ.
Slightly better freedom of movement while under WM.
