EXACTLY they are just earrings, so why do people insist on getting them and devaluing the hard work of the 1.0 players? I mean we all know people don't want those ugly earrings. There is a difference between white knighting and sympathizing. I am sympathizing because i happen to know how some of them feel. Anyone can just start accusing others of white knighting, but an intelligent person would rather have a proper debate and explain why they disagree on something so they can be productive at the least. White knights only defend people for the sake of getting head-pats or trolling. I on the other hand happen to have decent points and prefer to be productive with my replies. Not only that but you have no clue who or how many people are still around from 1.0. Unless you have credible statistics i wouldn't believe you and i doubt anyone else with a proper brain would.

Well your whole statement was redundant before you even hit post considering i'm not the person who made the thread, I simply made replies voicing my opinion on the matter. I mean if you cant even make sure you know what your talking about before you talk about it then were all doomed lol

Just because i say we or sympathize with the OP doesn't mean i AM the OP. I did not create the thread like you claimed i did ---> "They weren't the ones making a thread to whine. You were." I wasn't and you can't lump me in as a person who "created" the thread. I support this thread yes, but that is something entirely different from creating it. Not to mention just because you call it Whining doesn't make it such. With that logic i can just say your whining about me whining, because lets just say everything anyone ever says is whining. The funny thing here is your the one throwing around trolling accusations about stupid things like whining when i'm the one actually acting like an adult and stating points and explaining why i agree or disagree on things. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean they are whining. Some people don't like the way SE did this and some people do, that doesn't mean one side is "whining" these are all opinions and just that. Nothing more and nothing less.

You can also be used as a group, not just "you as the OP"? You as a group are the ones whining about this. That's why there's a 1200+ posts thread about "Giving away the White Ravens" and not "Please give us the White Ravens for free".

Considering the OP is the one who to you use your words "creates" a thread, no i cannot be considered as a part of that. Because a group does not create a thread, merely contributes to it to make it grow. Do you require other people click yes with you to start your Thread/post? No you don't. Common sense really. You seem to sound like the type of person who thinks they can generalize something to a huge group of people when you know nothing about them. All you know is that i sympathize with the OP and you just started acting childish and saying things like we are whining. If you ask me your the one acting like a child because children do things like that. If you want to have a proper debate or conversation you might want to change that and start speaking productively instead of just trying your best to insult other people with no backbone to your statements whatsoever, because i'm not here to trade insults with you and go back and fourth until the thread gets closed. Stoop to your own level all you wan't but i prefer to stay where i'm at and act like someone who isn't two years old thank you very much :)

Then why did you use "we" all those times in the other post? You using "We" places you in that group as far as I'm concerned. You can't place yourself as part of that group to bolster their side and just to claim the "others are whining" and then remove yourself from it because it's not convenient for you now.

How can the others whine to get earrings, when they weren't the ones making a thread to whine in the first place?

Of those up in arms over this how many are actually willing to vote with their wallets and turn their back on FFXIV altogether?
