Look, I get being frustrated but will getting a refund make a difference? Like... won't you just, buy the expac again wherever the situation gets better? You will stop playing ffxiv forever over this?

I do wish we could have some sort of compensation like sub days, perhaps. I was expecting long-ass lines but getting kicked out of the queue is painful.

I assume you got your minion and your earring. Do whatever you like but If you didn't know this was going to happen you haven't been paying attention to what has been happening with the game. Looks like you managed to get to 82 though.

You are not paying an additional fee for said access. It is an incentive to buy it early.
