Best part is, unlike you, Kaeko actually did testing and calculations, so it's not fighting battles for anyone, it's telling you facts (that you always like to ignore.)

exactly, wich is why i have a disdain for this type of arguement, because its mostly min/max mentality , not all, just saying theres alot of it, too much IMO. garuda weapons wont be garbage just because they dont out parse ifrits, they will have their place, wether its situational, aesthetic, or just best choice for players that dont have ifrits.
i only take issue with min/max dorks (not all min/maxers btw, just the elitist wannabes, no youre not and cant be an elitist , youre playing a game) who post worthless crap like "garuda weapons are garbage " more like what you said is garbage
People keep squawking about the Garuda weapons having superior TP gain, but they seem to be forgetting that lower delay will yield lower TP per hit. Also, the lower delay is not going to give a noticeable TP gain over Ifrit's unless the fights last a long time.
Ifrit's also has +30 ATT power on top of far superior base DMG, so both the WS and auto attack are stronger. Also, higher delay = more TP per hit. Sorry but outside of the Staff and Sword, for 40 headdresses and rewards from the supposedly hardest battle yet, they suck.
Most people know slightly lower tp a hit but more overall hits = more TP gain in the long run =\
Hi All,
What's really strange is that using Square's "DPS" Stat on weapons in this latest patch, SE is claiming that Ifrit's Axe and Malignant Mogaxe are the same DPS.
Did they make an adjustment for this patch?
Or if not, SE's official DPS # may be misleading to the average player using that as an accurate measurement / stat.
Is the TP granted by Store TP materia a set amount, or a percentage? If it's a set amount, it may be worth stacking with a low delay weapon
