New drk is too much fun!

Sorry but all i am hearing here is I dont want to put in more effort than others unless it makes my performance marginally better if not just turn this class into another WAR so i dont have to work and who cares about all these people who enjoyed what this class offers in terms of gameplay.

This rework is huge slap in the face for all the people who kept playing DRK because they loved the way it was played despite it lagging behind of PLD and WAR in SB in terms of performance.

Then you should work in your reading comprehension, because that was not what I meant.

Precisely, BRD was a weaker DPS because it was mobile, and people replied that mobility is overrated compared to high DPS number. That's why SE decided to make BRD a turret, and suddently, people missed there "overrated" mobility. In the end, it doesn't change the fact that a "fix" can be worse than the initial issue.

Yes, DRK is still roughly the same, without, at least for me, the feeling of synergy between Dark Arts and other skills. Which, again speaking for me, makes it less engaging.On top of the speed lost, and the various skills that, although niche, where fun to use here and there.

Stormblood DRK was a huge slap in the face for me when I loved everything about it in Heavensward, while shadowbringers is a light slap in comparison. Heck, how you all feel about ShB DRK is how I felt about SB DRK, but I still put up with it for the whole expansion because I love the literal job. In my conclusions, to walk the path is to suffer.

Instead of sacrifice HP DRK sacrifice fun each expansion.

Was looking at this and a lot of people enjoy the new ShB DRK as well as other classes, figured I'd post this in here for anyone whose all doom and gloom, people like new DRK some don't that's fine but by the numbers (%) the red is people who like it and blue is people who don't like it.

I have a lot of things I'd like to say about DRK, but I'd be satisfied if they'd just remove or changed Delirium...

Being discount warrior is just sad, and proves that their solution to every problem is just "Let them spam their big spender like 5 times, everyone likes big number hits!" That part of the rotation is so damn boring.

Just dont do it side by side, while your WAR friend does his FC spam. You wont feel like its that impactful at all, esp when they break out nasty cleave.

Which is fine to me. But no amount of "X amount of people like this thing" is going to make me like, X thing. I mean I can't get enjoyment out of Fortnight and that's basically the most popular thing ever right now.

If you guys suddenly like it now, go nuts. I'm confused as to WHY, because it feels worse, but you guys think it feels better. But I'm a nutter and an outlier from what I'm coming to understand with my interactions on the forums.

And it's the same with no amount of X people on the forums is going to make me not going to say DRK is bad, the DRK community doesn't even know what it wants people keep spouting all this nonsense about the class being a Dark Beserking hulking Dread Spiking sacrificing class when no one has any idea of what they want.

If you're confused as to why it's not really hard to see why ShB DRK is so popular it's the poster child for this xpac, is it perfect? No not at all. There's a lot of issues I have with it but what I believe this iteration of DRK has a solid foundation to what SE can do with it and tweak it. I wouldn't go by the forums though they don't speak for the majority but there is good info Lyth and Chrono + others post some great info and theory crafting DRK and tried their best to keep the DRK spirit alive in SB when (to me) it was utter garbage.
