I believe it actually is. The Report Harassment option in-game includes harassment via gameplay means, and this would fall squarely under it. But as brought up before, it's a very gray area, because how can you prove they were doing it intentionally instead of just, well, being bad?
Granted, if you have the proof, go for it. It's very much a reportable offense.

True, but it's good to remember their name. No way I'm condoning the message they received after they were kicked, but at the same time, being called out on your bs twice on the forums within a year establishes a pattern of wanting to play the victim. Even if it weren't true about what really happened in the duty, OP's credibility is shoddy right now. Maybe they do need to take a step back and try to play properly before trying to play the victim a third time.

The issue here is nothing beyond this person saying in chat that they're trolling would count as proof. SE will always err on the side of caution with something like this. The only time I've heard of any real results via Report Harrassment via gameplay has been MPKers in Eureka.

To me both things that were done were equally wrong - it's just different kinds of trolling. Both should have the same penalty and yet one will likely never see any repercussions from their actions.

I'm hesitant to blist people like this guy. It doesn't have a tangible benefit to me and there is then the issue of being unable to see if they're saying anything to or about you if you're partied with them again.

Agreed on all fronts. Honestly the blist option in this game protects the culprits more than anything. When you report them they tell you to blist them, but if they talk trash about you again and someone reports them, "no we need the person it was directed at to report them". But they have them blisted, they can't see it! [screams into the void]

Oh right...I forget that PF doesn't really have much affect on blist. I have an alt lurking on Primal, though not on Ultros where they are at, so probably - hopefully - won't run into them and have to experience something like this first hand. Still, the player who sent that message that prompted this thread should be reprimanded in some fashion. Won't happen, as you said, and overall, it's just a crappy situation for all involved in that party.

Uh, someone correct me if I'm wrong but aren't you locked from kicking someone until the instance time has elapsed for at least 15 minutes? There's not a single Alphascape that should last that long in one pull, so are you sure you were kicked after only one pull?

How do I enlarge the image from a phone? I can't see more than blurry text in the chatbox...

That aside, I get the general gist of it being terrible. If they're going to attack you over a video game it shows that they're not worth playing with in the first place.

Try not to let it get to you. If you want a buddy to run content with and we're on the same data center (can't see your server cuz well...phone) I'd be more than happy to tag along.

15 minutes is for vote abandon. Kicking individuals is limited by 5 minutes into the instance.
