To explain what that rude forum thug who replied to you didn't, the thing is, payment methods aren't universal, while UP is an option for you (and me), that's because we're in an SE region where UP is acceptable, not all SE regions are able to accept UP as a method.
Just a tip from people who will/have/must use Click and buy. When you get through the Process of registration and you get the amount they charge to your account. By all means please and read this very well DO NOT USE UR CALCULATOR TO transfer your currency to $ , take 5 minutes and call your bank explain them you need the exact amount, if you get a lazy agent he will use a calculator or it will tell you that today the exchange for $ is this... do not take that answer for granted... you need to demand they check their system and ask them for the exact amount of dollars+cents you got charged. or you will get your account banned and you will have to go through an endless process of call/fax to C&B and there my friend is when the nightmare begins .... I may create a post through helpful tips to solved or prevent this type of problems ..... BTW i have to use Click&Buy so trust me this can be a chain of mistakes you do and sometimes end up blaming the shitty system they have when you can prevent it ....
i agree, but they already blocked my account and i'm waiting waiting and waiting for them to unlock it after sending them everything they asked for.
and ya dealing with C&B is an endless nightmare.
So when they add new payment method for other than Crysta for me was planning to cancel C&B, already paid the 6 month and don't want to use them after reading all the stuff about them on this forum... heard if you don't cancel they will charge a fee also... hope cancelling with C&B isn't a nightmare... should be safe if I cancel now right? It already shows my payment to C&B was paid.
Pretty sure the reps on this side of forum is looking into it but for this issue about not being able to pay because of clickandbuy and issue about wrong character or empty slot got picked I posted on YoshiP thread so if lucky and he see's that post might be able to push a little bit... that's best I can do from my end.
Well, I got in contact with C&B via phone, and the answer I got was to create a new account as their system won't allow the one I made to be used again (wow talk about old ways) here's the funny part, I created it, and had to go out to get some stuff done and I got back ( took me about 30mins ) I wanted to log on to get my account verified and stuff, guess what? it got blocked AGAIN, now back to step 1, waiting on response of them... all what I ask from SE is that one more method of payment.
And by the way, just for the record, we are able to use Ultimate Pay, PayByCash, PayPal, we have alot of methods to use, not much of difference from NA or EU regions, I've used all of them for different games with no difficulty, only C&B I haven't used cause of what I heard and I refused to use it until I took an SE arrow to the knee (Sorry, had to do it LOL)
So yeah, basically, we could use many methods of payments including direct pay. Its just that SE shows only C&B for us as payment method.
Well, I used the address you posted, so that might be the problem.
