It's pretty blinding white, but in-game the colors are still dull for the most part. Especially Ul'dah/Thanalan/clothing.

ya no kidding. And ffs why does it seem like its night time 80% of the time. Its hard to appreciate the game when the actual in game lighting is so dark so often that u cant even see your character or monsters. IMO when a game resorts too close to real life lighting in many instances is too hide flaws or cut corners. I shouldnt have to adjust the brightness and colors on my monitors according to the time of day it is in game so i can enjoy actually looking at the game.
That has kittens and other boring things.
But this definitely has ponies and stuff: http://store.steampowered.com/app/45100/
I am siting at camp horizon right now. The dirt is.. well, dirt colored. should it be barbie pink? the flowers are a nice vibrant red and the grass patches are green. The sky is a beautiful blue and the aetheryte is straight up bling bling. Adjust your settings kids. Your holding the game back, not SE.
That is how the game is designed. Go play Mario Paint or Pocket Monsters.
Let's compile a list of all the colors we know in the game so far. Ill start with.
White is the presence of all colors?
&
Black is the absence of color?
So we can say that the game has all colors but yet at the same time has no color. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm I see the problem here.
One of the reasons I don't like TERA is because it is too colourful.
I like FFXIV's palette and artistic style.
Stop comparing games its getting old.
If you like Tera better then go play it.
