Yeah, "fine tuning" how very specific and kind of them to tell us.

You expected them to say
"Well. the function controlling the spawining of the boss based on the objectives fullfilled could use some tweaking, not to mention our rebalancing of Emulate seems a bit off and we're trying out a new formula. The new planned buyback feature has also been added to this patch, and therefore we included it in our tests, and we also need to fiddle a bit with the setMonsterSize() function so we can make enemies even bigger" ?
But those are things they could be working on, and we don't need a step-by-step of the process. We wanted to know when the patch would be out, we got it. Everybody needs to calm down for 13 days. If after the patch comes out and you aren't impressed, then you can make the decision to either wait until September to see what happens, or find something else to occupy your time. I'm not going to say "don't like it, get out", because I think the community needs all the players it can get. Just saying don't give up on the patch before the patch is even out. So the patch is a few weeks later. Big deal. I, for one, am playing other games to satisfy my time until then because 13~ish days isn't the end of the world.
what i'm wondering is how could it have been delayed so much? It was first announced for mid-June... late June to the latest and now it was delayed by a bit more then a month. Wonder what happened there.....
Actually I would since I do code and design games, but whatever.
What I actually MEANT was that fine tuning is a pointless reason because we know very well that the people doing fine tuning will be us once the game is out. Regardless of how much testing they do it won't be bugless, we know that much.
