Increasing? I don't understand. When it was at 48 hours, most people disliked it, so they reduced it to 36. Now they're thinking of increasing it again? If anything, I thought they would finally go with 24 hours so they could officially be dailies.
Is this meant to divert our attention from leves and encourage us to try other leveling methods? Is it meant to slow down the leveling process? I'm sure there's a reason behind it, I'd just like to know what it is because the long leve reset timer didn't go over well last time.
Since it's being retune to be solo, I think it's better to keep the 8/36hrs or whatever as a fix time-per-amount.
But make levequest non-random, but still keep the random rewards part. Half the problem was the random aspect forced you to run around or just give up at times due to whatever compatibility reasons.
That way people that can handle higher levequest or want stock up on fraction points, or even have small parties to spend time together.
Random levequest generation was always a pain in the rear.
The main reason we're playing with levequest is that repeatables over done means SP/hr becomes an issue.
Making the solo-grind-fest-a-ton is worse when you give anyone the temptation that they have a possible "system" to optimize that SP/HR....making it a lobby-runs-lobby type game.
Please increase the timer on leve reset. I'm tired of doing leves 2 out of every 3 days, Id rather be allowed to do like 20 leves a week or something maybe even less, i hate leve in general, can we just delete them?
I'd rather the reset timer be 24 or 48 hours, enough of this day and a half >.<.
I'd rather leves be handled like assault tags were. Instead of getting 8/8 all at once every 36 hours, why not give us 1/1 every 4.5 hours and let us hold up to 20/20?
Same rate of accruing leves, but spaced out and with a larger capacity for how many you can do at once. This way there's no massive rush at the guildleve counter ever 36 hours, and every day when you log in you'll have 5 leves ready for you.
Absolutely. So now I have to blow the few Anima that I have to travel all over the world to do locals if I want to get guildmarks? Who thought this would be a good idea? Did they ever consider that some of us have multiple crafts leveled? That we might also be Botanists, Miners or Fisherman and use Anima to travel to different outposts as well? Or that maybe, just maybe we would want to do a leve at a camp where we may not want to have to hoof it to?Quote:
Going to suck getting guild marks now.
I don't know about other servers, and correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the failings of the Anima-based travel system the main reason why the majority of a server is crowded into 1 city, while the rest stay decidedly barren? There are already a ton of things that tax the very limited Anima supply, why add something else?
Don't get me wrong- I don't think it's an entirely flawed plan of action, but if you're going to make us scramble from city-to-city now in search of guildmarks, at least give us airships, chocobos, or some way to efficiently get there, without having to tap into an already strained Anima pool.
The more I read about this, the more of a mess it's starting to sound like... :(
