I distinctly never recall that happening except for a select few voices who conveniently were also championing the "strike" at the same time (aka they were desperately lying because it was obvious to anyone that the "strike" was an utter failure that did absolutely nothing)...

If you mean 'you go to 1 HP', M11S had one

If you mean 'you go to 1 HP and have to reach full HP to 'succeed' the mechanic', Seat of Sacrifice has one? But you have like 25 total seconds to get to full HP, and it happens exactly once (at the start of the fight when you have every CD available) so it doesn't really count, does it

I haven't even unlocked that one yet, but that's exactly why I said "actual". Because I vaguely remember seeing one in Dawntrail before, but it did laughable damage.
