Unfortunately true and I think they mentioned as such a while back. Most you can get away with is a childlike race ala Lalafel, Lyn in BnS, or Elin in Tera and even then the latter 2 cause some controvery given Korean MMO's pervy nature lol.

That problem is actually very easy to solve. You can play one race for couple of months, fantasia to the next one the next couple of months, and on and on.

Or could take it to an extreme and fantasia to viera one year, miqo'te the next year, and au ra the next year

That's a good way to go about it.

I'll never leave my roegadyn but I will make a viera alt and she will be as amazing as my roegadyn :D

I like my character as it is too, but I also wish to have a Viera as my retainer for my house :)

Because of lore reasons (that I posted a few pages back) Padjal can never be playable.

I would love Viera being part of ARR have they tree houses locate in some sort of deep forest. It will play out well in XIV

I feel some/most Viera fans probably wouldn't like it if the Viera males of both clans were cute and small in size... people didn't like it with Au Ra, repeating that (but with males) isn't going to suddenly make it alright.

Ideally, I want both clans; tall males and females / short males and females. If we can't have both tall and short clans, I don't mind having a tall female viera, and a short male viera.

I also don't mind if we end up getting short males and females only. Or tall males and females only. But like I said, I'd prefer having both clans.

I think a height difference like this would be ok.
