While inventory is looking good, Let's talk about The Armoire Chest
Why is it that still there are a great many items, which should be able to be stored are left to either take up countless amounts of retainer/inventory space, or to be discarded. Worse yet, many of the MogStation items, limited time items, and Giveaway items such as Maid/Butler outfits are permanently lost. There are no ways of storing them, Reclaiming them (except repurchasing those items, if you're lucky) and if the question is put forward to a GM we get "nothing we can do".
With new content, primals, raids and the amount of mats that are available, not to mention already having to somehow find space for the lvl 6 materia, having the space to be able to do anything is getting harder to do.
Is it so hard to make it so that lvl 1 (glamour) items are storable? Or even have an npc that changes eg. antiquated sets into a 1 slot item, like how we got them?
Thanks if there's an update.

Fly the Falcon campaign ineligibility for participating in Preferred Worlds campaign
I am in a rare situation that only the most committed of FFXIV subscribers are in.
I've maintained a subscription to FFXIV:ARR on a 180 day renewal. As a legacy player buying the game on PS3, the free time for returning + physical copies on other platforms + other free time that has been granted, my last renewal was on March 30th.
I got the free day associated with the NA data center move and participating in the Preferred Worlds campaign, my renewal date is now October 12th with a total of 87 days of paid subscription during the July 1st to September 30th qualification period for the Fly the Falcon campaign and there is no way through Mogstation to re-up my subscription early.
So my question for the live letter is this: Is there any plan to re-evaluate or extend the Fly the Falcon Campaign promotion so that players like myself that took advantage of the Preferred Worlds campaign but have a mis-timed automatic billing cycle can have a chance at participating?
re support job and alternates for archer

Has the development team ever visited the idea of focusing on this concept when designing a job, to create a play style that would be primarily supporting their party (for example, FFXI bard)? If so, are there any key points of that discussion that you'd be willing to share?
i was thinking if this does happen maybe change bard to pure support like instead of healer dps and tank add another role called support jobs like bard fill and maybe add a alternate class to archer like ranger from FFXI where all the dps abilities go and just like how other jobs like arcanist has summoner and sch or other base jobs that have two upgrades maybe give archer both bard and ranger
